Spring is here, and with it comes some of our biggest events of the year. If you’re looking for a fun, meaningful way to support better biking in Albuquerque, we’ve got several great volunteer opportunities coming up!
Earth Day Bike Valet
Sunday, April 26, 2026 – Balloon Fiesta Park
Help us provide free, secure bike parking at one of the city’s biggest Earth Day celebrations. This is a great way to support sustainable transportation and connect with the community.
Run for the Zoo Bike Valet
Sunday, May 3, 2026
Help provide free, secure bike parking at this hugely popular race. Volunteers make it easy for participants to ride their bikes and enjoy the event worry-free.
Bike to UNM Day
Wednesday, May 6, 2026
We’re hosting a simple tabling event at UNM—perfect if you’re new to volunteering. Help us share information about BikeABQ, chat with students, and spread the word about biking in Albuquerque.
Bike to Work Day
Friday, May 15, 2026
Bike Month is in full swing! We’ll be running three pop-up tables around the city and need volunteers to help staff them—handing out swag, providing information, and cheering on folks biking to work (or wherever!).
