Report a Bike-Related Problem. Earn a chance to Win $25
See a pothole, debris in a bike lane, blocked bike lane, damaged sign, or another problem affecting Albuquerque's bicycle network? Report it to the City through 311, then enter your report in BikeABQ's 311 Bounty program for a chance to win $25.
You do not have to be a cyclist to participate. Anyone can help identify problems that affect people riding bikes in Albuquerque.
How to Participate
1. Report the problem to Albuquerque 311.
You can submit a 311 report by phone, through the ABQ311 app, online, or through X (Twitter).

2. Save your 311 Service Request Number.
This is important! You will need the Service Request Number assigned to your report to enter the 311 Bounty.
The Service Request Number is the number BikeABQ uses to find and verify your report. Other confirmation or reference numbers may not be searchable and cannot be used to verify your entry.
3. Submit the BikeABQ 311 Bounty form.
Enter your Service Request Number, your name, and the requested information. Your entry must be submitted within three months of your 311 report.
Reports that include a photo have a better chance of being selected.
How the $25 Bounty Is Awarded
At each BikeABQ General Membership Meeting, one eligible 311 Bounty entry is selected to win $25.
You must be present at the General Membership Meeting to win. If the selected participant is not present, another eligible entry will be selected.

What Should I Report?
Examples include:

Potholes or damaged pavement that create a hazard for people riding bikes

Debris in bike lanes or on bike paths

Blocked or obstructed bike lanes

Damaged or missing bicycle signage

Problems with bicycle infrastructure

Other conditions that make riding a bike more difficult or unsafe
The goal of the 311 Bounty is to encourage everyone in Albuquerque to help identify problems and turn everyday observations into actionable information that can improve the city's bicycle network.
Remember: Report it. Save your Service Request Number. Submit your Bounty entry. Come to the meeting to win!
Rules
The submission periods run from general meeting to general meeting, with the winner(s) for each period being announced at the next meeting. That is, people could submit a qualifying 311 request to us between March 3 and April 7, and the winning submission would be declared at the meeting on May 5.
Qualifying submissions are closed 311 requests satisfying the following:
- They address one of the following issue areas (to be revised):
- Maintenance of bicycle paths (cracks, dirt, debris, etc)
- Illegal parking in bike lanes
- Improving signage or markings around bicycle facilities
- The closure message indicates the issue has been resolved
- The submission must be public and tied to your name
- Submissions with a picture will be twice as likely to win
