The Albuquerque City Council is currently reviewing O-25-98, which includes various improvements to our traffic code aimed to clarify motorist responsibilities and keep all road users safe. The ordinance will be discussed first at the Land Use, Planning, and Zoning committee this Wednesday, October 15th, after which we hope it will move forward to the full council.
