Bike Month Rolls In Next Week—Here’s What’s Coming Up


May is Bike Month, and it kicks off next week with rides, community events, and celebrations of biking across Albuquerque. From family-friendly gatherings to commuter events and reflective rides, there’s something for every type of rider.


Sat., May 2 — Esperanza Family Bike Fiesta

Tues., May 5 — BikeABQ General Membership Meeting

Wed., May 6 — Bike to UNM Day

A quiet group ride honoring cyclists who have been injured or killed while riding, raising awareness for road safety.
