About The Event
BikeABQ is pleased to announce that, in collaboration with the City of Albuquerque, a new plaque honoring Gail Ryba will be installed on the east side of the Gail Ryba Bridge.
Although the bridge already bears her name, we want to ensure no one forgets who Gail was and the lasting impact she made on Albuquerque’s cycling community. The new plaque will commemorate her life, her advocacy, and her vision for a more bike-friendly city.

Saturday, November 15th, at 10:00 AM
Following the ceremony, we’ll take a community ride across the bridge and back, ending at Bike In Coffee.
We hope you’ll join us to honor Gail’s legacy and celebrate the spirit of Albuquerque’s cycling community.
