Help lead a neighborhood ride to the Balloon Fiesta and show your neighbors why getting there by bike is the best way to go.
BikeABQ will be leading bike rides to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta on Saturday, October 3, with rides departing from various locations around town and joining the North Diversion Channel Trail.
Want to lead a ride from your neighborhood that connects with the group on the trail? We’re looking for ride marshals! If you’re interested in leading a ride, let us know by emailing info@bikeabq.org.
Getting to the Fiesta by bike is by far the best way to get there. You can avoid the traffic, skip the hassle of finding and paying for parking, and park your bike for FREE at the Balloon Fiesta Park bike valet.
The rides will arrive at Balloon Fiesta Park at approximately 6:40 a.m., giving riders time to park their bikes and get ready to enjoy the 7:00 a.m. Mass Ascension.
