2024 Primary Election Surveys

Bicycle infrastructure and policies in Albuquerque are shaped by various levels of government in New Mexico, from the Albuquerque City Council to our federal representatives. On June 4, voters will select the party nominees for seats in the Bernalillo County Board of Commissioners, the State House of Representatives, and State Senate. Unsure of what district you live in? Our candidate surveys were sent to all candidates in contested primary elections, so not every district will be listed below, and some districts are only contested one party's side.

We provide this candidate survey to help give voters information about where the various candidates stand on issues related to transportation, bicycling, and safe streets. The fact that one candidate may have responded to our survey where another candidate did not should not be interpreted as an endorsement of any kind.
